10 miles & a 8100ft Elevation Gain

I arrived a few days early and hiked from my deluxe digs at the Extended Stay (360ft msl) to the top of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (8516ft msl) via Tahquitz Blvd to the Museum Trail to the Skyline Trail. I was bonking toward the top, but did it in under 7 hrs. I felt much more refreshed up top than I did last yet, most likely because I stayed hydrated unlike last year, where I ran out of water 2 hrs fromt the summit and had to eat snow.
