Pancas, Espirito Santo, Brasil

It's amazing how 6 weeks in a country like Brasil just isn't enough time. My first stop was in Governador Valadares, where I competed in the 2007 Valadares Open. Afterwards I traveled with JR, David and Ken via train to Vitoria and then by bus on to the flying sites in Pancas, Alfredo Chavez and Castelo.



The weather in Pancas, pictured below, wasn't ideal, and flights were short, but the view was still breathtaking!

2007 Valadares Open

I had a blast flying in the 2007 Valadares Open, and did really well on my Gin Boomerang Sport, finishing 10th overall and taking 1st place in Serial Class.
