Pacifica & Ed Levin

Yesterday Natalia and I ventured to the coast with hopes of flying. The sun was shining, waves were crashing on the beach and birds were soaring but the winds were just too light for us to fly.

Today Tim, Natalia and myself joined a bunch of friends for a great afternoon of flying at Ed Levin. Tim had his first two flights on my old Boom Sport, which is his new wing, and loved it; and Natalia had her first flights from the 1750ft launch, and loved it! Josh was flying his new UP Edge proto, which looks so sweet.

Don Pedro, Santa Barbara & Chicago

I went towing at Don Pedro Lake. We had excellent sunny weather and saw some great friends there: Ann, Enleau and Cameron, Kansas and Teresa, Sam from AK, Nova & Harry from Pacifica; and one of my students, Karla, towed for the first time.

I spent Thanksgiving in Santa Barbara, and the above photo is in the LZ after flying from the Alternator. I'm now in Chicago visiting my sister, and family.
